If I run Flesh Tearer his debuff extend is more reliable and adds a little healing, but he doesn't allow me to consider swapping out Kael. My other consideration is Flesh Tearer's A1 can transfer a poison over to CB, while Erinyes's A3 does nothing against CB. Maybe Flesh Tearer's heal would let me replace Apothecary with another debuffer?

Quite decent for Cb. Wont pull damage for himself, but rather extend buffs (useful for reaching 100%) and increase team overall dmg with poison buffs. Equip him with toxic set so he doesnt do negative damage. Pretty useful if you dont have a solid team yet but can stack poisons fairly easy. Good to extend buffs on your team and debuffs on enemies.

He also brings an AOE heal for your team which can be very useful. Flesh-Tearer is better considered for dungeons and commonly seen paired with AOE.
